Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, we will issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned to us.
Missing Cards
If one or more cards are missing from your set, we will replace the complete set once the original set has been returned.
Delivery Issues
If an order is reported as not received, we will conduct an investigation with the post office or shipping carrier.
If tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, no refund or replacement will be issued.
